HOW IT WORKS
My counselling services are divided into three stages.
Our journey begins with a brief 10-15 minute phone conversation, free of charge. During this chat, we'll delve into your emotional and psychological concerns, allowing me to assess the type of therapy best suited to address them. If you decide to proceed, we'll discuss scheduling and pricing for future sessions. Prior to our initial meeting, I'll send you some forms to fill out. Alternatively, you can download them from our website. These forms lay the groundwork for our therapy together and ensure we have a clear understanding of your needs.
In this stage, we'll work together to determine specific treatment options and craft a tailored plan to address your concerns. Your unique circumstances will guide our approach. I'll develop a treatment plan and share it with you for feedback. The frequency of our sessions will depend on various factors such as your goals, the complexity of your symptoms, and the support you have from your loved ones. Together, we'll find a schedule that works best for you.
Throughout our therapy journey, we'll regularly review our progress at the end of each session. If significant improvements are observed, we can discuss the possibility of concluding our work together. Alternatively, if you wish to continue, we can explore further stages of therapy. The decision to continue or end therapy is always yours. My ultimate aim is to empower you, fostering confidence and resilience as you navigate life's challenges with clarity and compassion. Together, we'll take meaningful steps towards your well-being, one session at a time.
