Sapna G is a Counselling Psychologist and Clinical Hypnotherapist who helps individuals rewire limiting patterns, heal emotional wounds, and build lasting inner balance.
Her journey began in 2007 through a deep curiosity about meditation, which gradually evolved into a scientific exploration of the human mind. After completing formal training in Clinical Hypnotherapy and a Master's in Clinical Psychology, she developed an integrative approach combining counselling, cognitive therapy, and hypnotherapy.

Inspired by years of clinical work, Sapna designed the Inner Bliss Sangha Journal — a guided self-reflection and planning tool created using her research, experience, and therapeutic insights.
She observed that while people want to heal and grow, therapy isn't always accessible or affordable. The journal bridges that gap by bringing the essence of therapy into everyday life through structured prompts, mindfulness practices, and psychological tools.
